Booking and Scheduling: You can book our Services online, by phone, or via email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.
2. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking our Services.
Access and Safety: You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the junk removal site. This includes ensuring that all items to be removed are easily accessible and do not pose any safety hazards to our team.
Prohibited Items: You agree not to request the removal of hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, flammable substances, and medical waste. We reserve the right to refuse removal of such items.
3. Payment
Pricing: Our pricing is based on the volume and type of junk to be removed. We will provide an estimate before starting the work. Final pricing may vary based on the actual volume and type of items removed.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit cards, checks, cash, venmo.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest as permitted by law.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, we cannot guarantee availability for all requested times.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from or related to your use of our Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Services.
